Where do you ship in the USA?

Currently we ship to all states in the USA via USPS First Class Package, excluding Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

Where do you ship internationally?

Canada: All provinces


USA: Shipping is generally 3-5 days via USPS First Class Package within the USA. Please note that it generally takes 24-48 hours to process and package your shipment.

Canada: Shipping is generally 7-14 days via USPS First Class International Mail from the USA, including custom clearance. Please note that it generally takes 24-48 hours to process and package your shipment. We highly recommend using the Route shipping insurance option during checkout. Due to COVID-19 and customs clearance, delays can vary.

How much does shipping cost?

USA: Shipping is free on all orders.


  • Shipping on orders under $99 is $7.99 USD.

  • Shipping on orders $99+ is free.

  • Customs clearance and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    Does my shipped product have insurance? 

    We offer optional shipping insurance through our partners at Route. This allows your package to be fully covered in case it's lost, stolen or damaged. If an issue happens during shipping, Route will provide the option for a full replacement for the same product or a 100% refund.

    We strongly suggest adding this small feature during checkout.

    How much does Route insurance cost?

    The cost is only around 1.5% of your cart value, so on a $100 purchase it would cost $1.50 to full protect your order in case it's lost, stolen or damaged.

    What if I don't choose the Route insurance on my order?

    If your item is lost, stolen or damaged during transit and you have chosen to opt-out of the optional Route shipping insurance, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If this happens, we suggest contacting USPS directly at 1-800-522-9085 with your tracking information to open an investigation.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?

    At Minimal, we stand by our products. However, we understand that trying a new product can take time, and sometimes it simply isn't a fit. That's why we offer a 30 day return period from the date of delivery.

    If you aren't satisfied with your Minimal product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund.

    For subsequent orders, returns are accepted for 60 days after receiving your product, provided the product is in its original condition and unopened. We simply ask you return the product not used, in the same condition you received it in, including it's original box and/or packaging.

    I didn't receive a return slip

    Minimal packages do not contain return slips. You simply need to visit our returns page by clicking here contact us at and we will help you return or exchange your product(s).

    Do I need to pay for return shipping?

    USA: Since we offer free shipping on all our orders, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. You will need to use a method that includes tracking, to ensure your product doesn't get lost in transit, so we can issue your refund.

    How long do returns take?

    A refund on your original payment method generally takes 5-10 business days after we have received the package. If you do not see the refund on your statement within this timeframe, first contact your card issuer to investigate.
