How can I return or exchange my minimal product?
We're sorry to hear your Minimal product isn't a fit. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return, and we'll handle the rest.
What is your return policy?
Any return requests must be made within 30 days of your completed transaction (date of purchase) to be eligible for a return.
Simply email: email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return, and we'll create a return for you.
We'll fully refund you for the product(s) via your original payment method, including any shipping costs incurred. However, you will not receive a refund for return shipping costs. If you use a promotional code or other discounts at the time of your payment, the refund you will receive will be equal to the amount you paid.
I didn't receive a return slip
No worries: Minimal packages do not contain return slips. You simply need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you return or exchange your product(s).
How long do returns take?
A refund on your original payment method generally takes 5-10 business days.

If you received the wrong product, our sincere apologies! Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we'll get you the right Minimal product(s) fast!
